Argile walked the streets and was lost in his thoughts. He was new to this life and there were many things he had yet to learn.

with that being said, there were couple things he did know. These last 24 hrs had taught him alot, some things he learned was good,

and some things were bad. He had no opinion on details about who was at fault or who was right or who was wrong. He honestly knew

nothing of people involved or how long this had been building.

What he did know was this. 

"Leaders and crews have a symbiotic relationship where each need and cant survive without the other".

Leaders  need crews do do earnings for kicking up etc, Crews need Leaders for protection, and in His own case, education of the life.

Argile knew that this was baisic structure of the sybiotic relationship, beyond that Argile knew that Leaders rely on crews to act properly

and to represent the family in their daily business in a propper way. 

Crews on the other hand relied on leaders to to uphold reputation so sterling, that other leaders will respect their family. again, all a symbiotic 

relationship, with both sides needing the other.  

Argile sipped his coffee and reflected further, This whole thing breaks down if either side starts mis-trusting the other side. when mis-trust 

enters picture from either side. The whole system breaks down. Argile chuckled as he suddenly realized that this was a further example

of that relationship where each side relies on other side to not do anything to cause mis-trust. 

His coffee had grown cold and he knew he had pondered this long enough.  Argile hoped others felt same way, regardless of what side in war

they were on, or who did what or didnt say what, or any detaials at all. This is the landscape He saw it from 30,000 feet.  With that, he threw 

coffee cup in trash can and went about his business.
