A Bodyguard walks out the doors of Cash Money Head Quarters and holds the doors open. LilWayne walks out the doors with Birdman and Cedric, they makes their ways down the steps into the limousine. The limousine takes off slowly and drives to the main center of the street and stops. The driver gets out of the front and opens the back doors, LilWayne, Birdman and Cedric get out. The three of them walk to street, Birdman then places a silver suitcase down on the ground. LilWayne then takes a step follow.

"Hello everyone may I have your attention please."

The crowd look towards LilWayne.

"I am here before you all today to announce a competition I have decided to introduce to you all. This competition is all about story telling, as I am a big fan of listening to them. The types of stories I want to listen to are past events yourself has experienced or it could be a story you have heard from your ancestors. If you decide to take place in this competition and come to the streets, makes sure you mail me so I can get here and listen to you and your story."

LilWayne kneels to the suitcase and opens it up, to show all the money in it. He stands back up.

"The money here is 500k and it will go towards the winner of this competition. Myself, Birdman and Cedric will listen to everyone's stories and will have a word with each other and decide who we think has the best story and I will hand this suitcase of money over to them."

LilWayne kneels back down and closes the suitcase and gets back up.

"I only got one more thing to say which is the date this competition finishes is 3rd October so you all have plenty of time to tell your stories, I look forward to listening to you all. Thank you all for your time"

LilWayne picks suitcase up and Birdman and Cedric all get back in the limousine.
