SCIPITAROURKE IS GODMOTHER, SHE HAZ ANNOUNCEMENT! You hear Lorenzo shout whilst holding the horn away from your ears. Announcement? Godmother?
What and where? Get on a plane to Philadelphia now, in roughly 1 hour she's going to make her announcement. *click*.....

Vittoria, I have to go! I have business in Philadelphia, can't stay for dinner. Sorry love.
Before the wife can reply you're out of the door ordering a taxi to bring you to the airport.

After landing in Philadelphia you walk out of the airport, you might just be wrong but you can't remember when Philadelphia looked so happy...
It's like the city is smiling. Taaaaaaaaaxxiiii! You start waving like crazy at one of the cabs passing by, whilest he's already driven by you he abruptly stops, stupid taxi drivers not paying any attention!
Take me to where ScipitaRourke is, you say hoping taxi drivers know everything, since your pal Lorenzo isn't the brighest and didn't leave any instructions.
The taxi driver takes off. After a good 15 minute drive the taxi driver stops in an alley, there's nobody to be seen. Are you sure it is here? "I see NUTHING!" The taxi driver sighs and point towards a dark blue painted building, "there" he says. You throw him a Franklin note and leave the taxi.

Upon entering the blue building you see ScipitaRourke sit at the head of the table, looks like you're just in time...

If I can have your attention for a second I'd like to talk to you about my city, about Philadelphia, ScipitaRourke starts to speak.
As you might have noticed I am an old school kinda gal yet I aim for innovation.

The first thing I am going to introduce to you is a new rank within my city, CapoVenticinque...
Let me explain... Our world knows CapoDecenia, actually it was quite recently discussed.
A CapoDecenia as you all know runs a small crew of roughly 10 people, he runs this crew under the regime of his boss. He's not his own family...
However, as you might have noticed things aren't what they used to be, did we first exist out of a few people we now form almost so to speak an army with the many soldiers walking around.
To manage this all within families I've decided in Philadelphia we have from now on CapoDecenia's and CapoVenticinque's, they work directly for their boss, not for me.
Hell, the bosses don't even work for me!

That brings me directly to my second point of tonight...
I have worked too long and too hard to just continue doing what I used to do...
I own a city now, I have a small family... I'm a happy person you know? The day to day things will be ran by my Underboss, Don Jono and the bosses.

And since I planned this speech so thoughtfully that brings me to my last point..
The Philadelphia bosses, I am sure you've all met Paul_Vidi by now, it should be no suprise he's a Philadelphia boss.
The other boss will be Straz, my very faithfull Consigliere. He'll be taking over my crew and I am sure he'll do me proud!
Straz has been with me for a very long time, he knows my crew as no other. Be assured my crew is in the most safest hands.

My friend I have been eagerly awaiting this day to see you rise through the ranks. I have enjoyed being there to see you grow. I must say I could not ask for a better counterpart and wish you luck with your family.

You are taking a wonderful family here. One that looked upto you as a Consigliere in The Purring Tigers. One that will carry on looking upto you as their leader.
