Straz finds a suitable spot for everybody to see, he whistles loudly so he could get everybody's attention.

Right about now believe you all know who I am or at least have heard of me... Nope? Straz's famous MUC's haven't caught your attention? I am a Tiger, Purring one to be fair. I haven't been on these grounds for a long time as you may have already known and I hope you all accept me for it... Well now, I'm getting a head of myself.

Straz takes two notes from his pockets and opens them both, he checks he's reading from the right one. He puts the other note back in he's pocket and starts to speak again.

This day, is a historical day. Philly as we know it has been changed. Our beloved new Godmother ScipitaRourke has made some big changes around here, great and incredible changes!

The reason I'm here is to announce what the new Godmother of Philadelphia has given me...

Straz pauses, he is clearly nervous about what he's going to say next, you could see his hand is shaking quite a lot but this break his concentration, he keeps on going without muttering.

A family, she has given me a family... To be completely truthful, she has given me Her family...  This family will be called The Double Snake Bite.

Looks around and notices that a few people are confused about the new name. Then he comes up with a sad excuse.

It's my brother's idea... He was drunk when he came up with that, but I accepted it, and I support it and quite honestly I like it, The DSB's...

Then he realizes that his mind started to wander, he shakes his head like he was sleepy and wanted to wake up.

Anyway it represents what we stand for and who we are, me and my brother Il_Siciliano and it has many layers of meaning which I will not get into here. You can draw your own conclusion if you want.

Straz takes a glance at the note and remembers what he was about to say.

Dear Godmother, I would like to thank you for this opportunity and for the past months. You helped me develop to the person I am today, Tigers helped me, but you were the one giving lessons and tutor me the way up here. I thank you for it, from the bottom of my heart. I congratulate you and I thank you. You are a great, kind and a generous person. Only a fool would throw your friendship away.

Like I said earlier, this is going to be a historic day. A day to be remembered, an eventful day! Shocking d... Ok sorry, again...

He coughs and slaps himself a little to focus better. Takes a note from his left pocket and opens the curled up note. Then he stops and:

To keep myself busy even more, I'll leave this note for me to read tomorrow... I like suspense. Especially if I'm the one creating it.
