I'm thinking if we could put some alert sound when receiving mail under the management option this will provide players to track to all of their incoming mails more easily, and they can also do multitasking at the same time.

For me the pros of it is that all players will have more effective communication.

About the cons, I don't have any cons at the moment.

I think the constant flash would really give it away that you had a new mail.

Yup it is, but it's purpose is just like a reminder, just like a pop up sound in our toolbar, you would know if a crime is ready if it is colored red and labeled ready and if you want an alert sound on it, it is optional to the user, just an addition I think.
