Visas had been planning her moves to claim control of CorkTown a few names had been discussed as viable candidates for this venture but alas Tommy_Slippers fell to an assassins bullet during the mob war against the west coasters. Queenie was more then ready to to step into the shoes vacated by the loss of Consig Slippers so was given a small force to advance into CorkTown and take control.

queenie you have been there from the start of the Exiles you where an associate of mine. Now you are ready to move forward and lay claim to the last piece of Detroit take Corktown with my blessing.

Thank you for the tea and crumpets

one of queenie's footmen wraps up some crumpets in a doggybag and hands it to visas' bodyguard along with a flask of freshly brewed coffee

queenie motions with a hand to signal the troupe to start moving out east towards corktown, she shakes hands in a dignified manner with Visas then steps into her well known and highly visible, golden, horse drawn carriage. 

queenie had hoped to put on a display of fireworks for the kids to enjoy but realised it was inappropriate given the rescent demise of Mr. Slippers. Instead, she waved politely as she went and contemplated the future and the potential it held.

Puffing on a cuban cigar and with a bottle of scotch in the other hand, I put down both items to give a clap to Queenie whilst mouthing "Congratulations, Queenie. I'm sure you will fill the shoes and make CorkTown proud.". I pick the bottle up, take a big swig, and continue to fuel this scotch addiction. 

  Gills watches the proud procession walk past towards Corktown, a man beside him whispers in his ear, Gills smiles "hopefully they're aware cork burns"  The duo turns and walks into the alley, smoke can be seen in the direction of Corktown

Victoria was walking the same streets where she first was invited by Queenie to do a heist.  When it failed Queenie explained the in and outs of doing one successful.  She didn’t have to take the time to explain anything to this new face but she did. She saw that Queenie was being celebrated and couldn’t resist stopping in.

Queenie with much respect I would like to congratulate on your new move.  If you care about teaching a strange I can only imagine how you would care about your family.  I wish you the best of luck.

Appelsap got a note from one of his informants. It was a small message it was a clear one. 

Corktown --- Queenie

So Appelsap run over to the new leader of the place. and when he saw Queenie standing there he got his gift out of his pocket. It was a box of nice and tasty StroopWaffels. A dutch treat something that goes well with tea. 

while giving Queenie her gift he said, 

"congrats on becoming one of the Detroit Clan leaders. I hope you will have a nice and big crew and we can have a nice working relation in the future. O  yeah and enjoy your these dutch treats."

After this Appelsap walked back into the alley just to vanish in the shadow
