Steps out to the street front and surveys the streets. A man is calling the people of the streets to gather around outside his suit shop. As the crowd grows and the people gather he steps out on the front stoop of his suit shop and begins to speak.

As our illustrious Godmother ScipitaRourke said a few days ago Philadelphia will be having a different structure than some other cities. As a Boss of the city and with the blessing of Godmother ScipitaRourke I am announcing my first Capo Decenia. This man has been a hard worker while with the Godmother's Family and my own. He will continue to be a part of my family and run a small unit of his own. He will report directly to me as he is a branch of my family. I would like to welcome Francis_Costello as my first Capo Decenia. I wish him luck and look forward to this new addition of the Wolf Pack.

Steps over and embraces Francis then steps aside.

Congratulations Francis. You were always a hard worker of The Purring Tigers and full of ideas. It's about time you get your chance. Even if it only be as a Capo. Room to expand and promote is always there. For those deserving.

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. Some of you may know me, I'm the guy who constantly ask what the prices are in your city. For those that don't, I'm Francis_Costello, I've served under ScipitaRourke prior to her stunning promotion to Godmother and then Paul_Vidi. It is under Mr Vidi's command that I will stay, operating a HQ as a Capo Denciawith RJ-Fuller as my RHM. This crew will be incorporated into the Wolf Pack, all its members will be proud members and all will contribute fully.

My view is that Philly is a beautifully run city, business is brisk and disputes settled firmly and fairly. It is these traditions that I hope to continue. I will be answerable to Mr Vidi, who has command of the Wolf Pack, and will at all times follow the rules and the example of the Wolf Pack. The HQ that I am Capo Dencia of will be small but the wider family is big.
For now, I would like to thank ScipitaRourke, Jono, Paul_Vidi, RJ-Fuller, Try-6 everyone in Philly and all those who I've had business dealings with.  We are one big pack, live together, hunt together and die together.
