Antonio Steps out to the soap box. Dear Mafiaso. A few ago we lost a great leader, Due to a rogue leader within New Orleans. But i will not really go into deal on that as GodFather DK will be making a speech on this later on. After having a meeting with DK on whats best for New Orleans we have decided to auth a new leader in the fine city. This person has been loyal and a true friend to me and DK. He's done nothing but hard work and been 100% Loyal to the city. I'm please to Auth the new leader Rover as the new Captian of New Orleans. Antonio Pass Rover His key to his new HQ.
