While I deposit the tips back to the senders, I would like to ask again why is it the WS's that were collected were not acted on?  I/we know the answer but can you grow a set of balls and tell it?

It is the actions of people like your mother Stink--Eye that cause people to re-evaluate these protection orders. She shot at a mobster that was new to this thing of ours, that had nothing to do with the war, yet she still felt the need to as she didn't want to be absorbed into another crew.

 

So while you stand there wagging your finger at those who have shot people under the protection order, consider yourself lucky there even is one in place.

Consider myself lucky? Why? I know my mother considered herself extremely lucky to be associated with most of the people of New York. I also know anyone that doesn't understand by now that my bloodline will fight to the bloody end for their crew is just naive. It astounds me how many bitch about kin bitching about dying, but if one person they consider undeserving of death dies they chastise the shooters family and cry in the streets. Let me lay my family's policy out for you. When there is an attack and there is blood all around, my family will do their best to find out who the enemy is not to waste their shots, but when when it comes down to it, in our eyes we don't recognize neutrality. What I'm saying is, if your are not with us, then you are against us. We don't walk the streets with a questionaire that reads: Before I shoot you, tell me... Are you new to this thing of ours?
