Through the industrial markings of the historic and well refined vision of making the country revolutionary auto-mobiles. A building, abandoned and used as a recent meth-front for the low and unfavoured resides within Corktown, within Detroit is sought by the keen eye's of Scratchy's insiders that work through the grate vines. 

With this recent information of the building and the decent accessible routes through Chicago, and by a tough, indigenous drive into Las Vegas - while on the opposite end, Philadelphia and New York. Covering east and west of all operations - having a fix control of contraband sales mainly to do with weapon shortages with high end security restraints from the recent wars  - Scratchy with his many arms pile on through into the investment.

Thirty six days later, a slow grind of rubble and refurbishment - weapons has been the highest on the list - demand through the roof that drugs have seen to be fruitless in comparison. Stock piling through contacts in a safe location before the initial establishment was complete, Scratchy gets the call that the builders have finished putting in the last bits of equipment.

On the streets that the building spreads its wings, to keep the building authenticity - most of the brick work was kept in tact causing building creation to take longer than expected - but the chauvinistic side of scratchy caused the now owner of this building to beg in respect. With the windows fitted in-place, accompanied a large metal gates enclosing the building for when it is open and closed that are opened by hand - the outside, kept by it's mossy figure enticed those motorist enthusiasts.

Going through the doors located at the far left of the building, the sound of the door creaking was bliss to Scratchy's ears - walking inside the place was polished with new concrete floors, flourishing new painted walls and lights appropriated in sequence on the ceiling. With spanners, wrenches, drawls full of equipment with old and new parts that fill to the brim for every-car owners needs and desires - All that was put across Scratchy's face was a smile.

With the import of weapons flooding into cars, sedated and inactive for the soul purpose of storing, and the local officers that do their rounds in that area paid for their blind eye, the safe spot for weapon's for all families over the board was up for exporting and importing, while those who simply want their car fixed can be done for a decent fee!

Flipping the sign from Closed to Open, Scratchy finds himself with three other workers - clean overalls and awaiting work.
