Walks out on the stoop of his suit shop and harkens the people of the streets. Today while drinking my morning tea and reading my mail I opened a letter with no return address. The information that reached my desk could not be ignored. It was urgent Philadelphia business and I sent a messenger to the God Mother of Philadelphia with the information.
