I'm thinking if it goes to LV it's killable in all districts of LV. If it goes to NY, same thing. CH, same thing. That's how I remember it being at least. |

The event will run from Oct 31st 12:00 to approximately Nov 1st 12:00 MR time. Monsters and bosses will spawn all the way up to Nov 1st 12:00. Event officially ends when they are all dead. |

Someone did some very poor planning and happened to schedule the day light savings time adjustment during our event. This turns the servers day into a 25 hour day since the clocks go back one hour. Whoever manages government branch that handles the time needs to really consult my calendar about this shit, I scheduled it daaaayyssss ago.
