There's now a link at the top of every profile (Report Profile)

This link will send HelpDesk a mail stating that you're reporting the profile because it may break MR rules. It also warns that the use of this feature is not for spamming purposes, and may end up with your death and/or banning from the game if you use this inappropriately.

But if you think that a profile may be breaking rules, and you can show cause for reporting it, you should.

Yes, you can see those that have reported the most profiles under "Banned Members".

I think its important to note that this is a feature not to be taken lightly. We will be reviewing the profiles...we will not take lightly to those users that are trying to wage the Admins to kill people for them...

Dear MR community,

A hot topic at the moment is the reporting of other people's profiles.
Often it's used in the correct way the feature was created for but unfortunately it's also used wrong.
Therefore I'd like a moment of your time to explain you what this feature can do for you, i.e. how it works.

A profile can be reported for many different reasons, below you can find a list of the most common reasons;

* obscene, racist, pornographic, or otherwise discriminatory names.
* pornographic, racist, or otherwise discriminatory pictures or quotes in profiles.
* pornographic, racist, or otherwise discriminatory links in profiles.
* pornographic, racist, or otherwise discriminatory threads or posts in public forums.
* spamming or abuse via mob mail or in forums.

Now this is just the most common ones, as I said earlier, anything basically that is against the site rules or any other way unacceptable behavior from a user can be reasons.

When someone clicks the "Report Profile" button we get an alert as admins/assistants, this means we're going to look into the situation.
Often proof / examples are asked by us to do our jobs. Saying "I deleted it" is really not going to help.... So in short, we can't work with random accusations unless you've something to back up your story.
We try to take every report as serious as we can, we ask you to do the same thing.

Also keep in mind that this feature is not to solve ingame differencies, like Mr.Blue pickpocketed Mr.Orange and he didn't give it back and now Mr.Black (friend of Mr. Orange) is involved and .... well you know where I am going.

There are only so many hours in the day to dedicate to work, so time spent researching false claims takes away time from matters that need it more. Making false claims often lead to admin discipline, please consider this before you report.
