I think that trying to know everyone's bloodline to try to feel safe is in turn conducive to paranoia. I agree with Rusty and I think he did a great job in proving it that bloodline knowledge is irreverent as everyone knew his and Credit's bloodlines before they went rogue. They were trusted, Rusty was authed, and yet this still happened. Proof that no matter what safeguards you implement there will always be rogues.

Indeed knowledge of one's bloodline doesn't prevent any rogues until you take that knowledge and do something with it. Like, not authorizing specific bloodlines or just shooting them when they grow to become a danger. 

I agree with sir GreenArrow ... you can never know how one person will action. 

Credits really looked as a trusted person but turned against the person who gave him the big chance of show up his skills as leader. 

The rogues mind always gonna be a mistery.

I believe there is a big difference between knowing who and what people are capable of deep down, and the rogue actions of someone who has either made an error in judgement, or found themselves backed into a corner and pressured to act.  

A young man in our world can easily say the wrong thing or at a point where they are feeling overly 'excited', immaturity can take over. 

The people you need to be wary of are those who break vows, or publicly twist the truth to favor themselves, or their faction. Those who know exactly what they are doing at all times and either manipulate or work against you. You can never tell if you have a friend or foe in those cases, and those are the people you need to make sure are kept in check. We all know traits like this can be passed through blood.
