Is there actually going to be a totally new MR with new features and such or is there just going to be continuous add-ons to the MR we are actually playing.

I was just curious to find out due to the not so constant murmours of a new MR, which managed to get my hopes up of something new and shiny. 

This is the beta, mate. (Or so I've heard). I imagine that they will take the updates from this and build it once the beta is over.

This is the beta? Man, I hope they don't go commercial like some other games I've played. I don't mind paying for it online but when it just loses its touch when you see the game for sale at gamestop.

I wouldn't even start worrying about a "release". This site has been Beta for years. Just look at the old Mafia.org, I started playing their "Beta" like 6 years ago. It's still in Beta... and this site is like a 99% replica of the their site.

This site was originally a recreation of 'old mafia.org' (it's subjective, but to me 'old .org' = before they destroyed the game and turned it into one I can't bring myself to sign into now. Personal opinion there, very possibly not the view of the MR staff or userbase at large.. but it is my view).

However, to say it's 99% the same... very false. MR now isn't 99% the same as MR six or even three months ago. There have been numerous small and a few very large changes to the game. A few a bit so so and a few that greatly improved the gameplay (again, a very subjective view here).
