Not sure of most users here will even have heard of Stephen Gatley or the band Boyzone.... Boyzone are an Irish boy band and were in their prime in the 90's alongside Take That. Ronan Keating (probably the most famous) is/was their lead singer. They recently made a comeback tour in 2008. Stephen was found dead in Majorca on Saturday and the cause of death is yet to be confirmed. He was only 33. I know there are quite alot of Irish and British users on this site who will have been gutted by this news and have fond memories of Stephen when he was in his prime with Boyzone. |

Sad! Why is it always that the Irish bands never get any recognition? There's something wrong with that. :( At least their music will still get cycled around. And maybe Ronan Keating will stop doing covers of other people's songs. |
