Butt Ox sits in his favorite bar sipping on a scotch, waiting for Hurley to arrive. When he sees his right hand man walk in, the Ox motions for Hurley to come have a seat.

"Hurley, last night while you slept peacefully in your bed, I had the fight of my life. I took on the Godfather of St. Louis and his bodyguards. I really could have used some help by the way..."

"Anyhow, he is dead now and I am moving into his mansion. That leaves you with the old Panda headquarters near the river docks. Take this gift from me and do with it as you will, but I ask that you continue to make our city look like a city of high standards and impeccable mobsters. I am confident you will do this."

Butt Ox hands a set of keys to Hurley...

"You are on your own now. You are the Boss of your own family. I will be around if you need me for counsel, and I will keep a watchful eye on the business of the city so that outside forces do not interfere with our rackets, but other than that, you are calling the shots for your family. Good luck with it."

"I think you better get going now. You have a speech to make. I'll be around if you need me. Good luck, old friend."

Butt Ox tips his fedora down over his eyes and sips at his scotch, watching Hurley leave the bar with his head held high.

Franky sits idly by a few seats down  from the Godfather and Hurley. Once the Godfather is done speaking to Hurley Franky approaches.

She was sitting in the corner eaves dropping and her eyes went wide before her mouth dropped. "Holy shit." she muttered before standing up. "Holy...shit." she said again making her way towards the bar. "Holy..." She bumped into Hurley as he was leave, "I suppose Congratulations are in order?" She said with a grin, "Just remember, Im always available to drive you, or anyone else a little crazy." She told him before laughing and punching him on the arm, "You deserve it." she said before nodding, "That you do."

Mayor Herenton stands in front of the press answering questions about the disappearance of funds for city accounts, when one media member asks him, "Mayor, what do you have to say about the St. Louis mob Godfather who was killed just last night?"

Well, we all new it was coming people. Either the life he lived would lead to his demise or law enforcement would finally catch up with him and put him away for a long time.

As you can see, he got the worse of the two.

But on a lighter note, we have a new business man in town by the name of Mr. Hurley who will be opening several businesses around town to help with the growth of our city.  Let's all welcome him with open arms!

The media quickly starts responding with question, "Is it true he's a mob member?", "Wasn't this Hurley guy the right hand man for a guy known as Butt-Ox?", "Is it true..........(blah blah blah)

I would like to take this time to congratulate Hurley on achieving his own HQ. I am sure you have earned it and will be a valuable member to Saint Louis.

I would also like to congratulate Butt_Ox on achieving the rank of Godfather. You have not been in Saint Louis long and you have already achieved something that most thugs have wet dreams about.

I am sure Saint Louis will become a grand city!
