o hai! 

It is good to see so many of you gather for this extraordinary event. You see was not planning on so many of you coming. If i was i may have started charging tickets to make some money. Ah oh well. I would like to begin by stating the most obvious thing one could say, you are designed to be one for your family.

What does this mean? It means simply that you do not go out and create disaster, that you do not go and make your own agenda, it is that you and your life is solely up to those above you. If they say shoot you shoot. If they say speak you speak. If they say shut up you shut up.

I speak out in hopes that many will understand the importance a family has on not just themselves and their future but for society as a whole. What we see is that if one contributes not to the effort put forth for each individual crew than the crew becomes nothing more than a lifeless organization just waiting for the next event to unfold. When their members die no one cares for they never knew them to begin with. How can one care about another if they do not know them? If they put no effort forth? 

This is not meant to be a debate as i have only stated what so many believe as fact. It can not be debated that the Leader needs you and you need the leader. You both need money and you both need protection from the outside. You do not need to give every dollar to your leader and your leader does not have to go out of her or his way to state their feelings for you every single day. 

So, i understand many of you are stuck, in a rut. I have compiled a list of Ten things to do to become a greater warrior for your family and yourself. To better help yourself become the one you have been destined to be. As fate would have it many of you will die. As fate will have it these words will live on. Take it from a mans lineage who has accomplished leadership every step of the way. Behold, i present to you the ten things one must do to become successful in this world!

Ten Steps of the Daimyo

1. Say hello to your leader. It is unbecoming for a mobster not to introduce themselves to their leader. Be normal. Ask them about their life, their choices, their history in the mafia. Ask them what their plans are. Do not be shallow. For shallow only gets you so far.
2. State your intention. Allow your leader to see your hand. Exclaim to him or her your desires to be a leader, to be a hitter, to be the greatest there has ever been. Allow them to know who you wish to be. 
3. Proclaim your loyalty. It is not enough to check the 'loyalty' box. One must inform their leader they will give all they have for them. They will drop it all at the sound of the leaders voice. When the night turns dark so will the wolves come out to feast. That is to say when the leader needs you, he knows you will be there.
4. Help your family. You probably know a trick or two, share it. Grow together. They are for you and you are for them. Together you should conquer the world, or at least the street corner you run.
5. Train your gun. If you choose to train your gun, do not do it half hearted. Set a number in your mind. Tell your leader. After each shot remind yourself how many have left. Do not forget the bodyguards. Those that hide away from their dead bosses. 
6. Keep your friends. Reach out to them. This world thrives off friendship. Beat your friend to the famous question, 'How are you?' and never settle for the answer 'good' or 'tired' demand more from them. Remind them they are meant for more.
7. Donate money. In your words it is called tribute. Give money to your leader. Without your leader you have no family. Without your leader you are nothing. Without your leader you will die. Protect him or her so they may protect you. 
8. Do not Gossip. It will come back on you. It will betray you. Even if you do not mean those words you say, never speak ill of another. Especially those closest to your heart. 
9. Write letters to your family members. Get to know them. Perhaps you could make a friend that you otherwise you would not have made. Be persistent. Sometimes people are busy or shy and do not respond as they usually would for they have a wall up. Break that wall down with your consistent conversations.
10. Remember the dead. Go to your family members funeral. Remember who they were. Do not settle for the word 'Rip' but speak about a memory the two of you shared and how will miss those days.

 

I have given you the ten tools on how to be successful. If you notice i said nothing about you owning a certain amount of bodyguards or hoarding cash for yourself. I said nothing about creating friendships for the purpose of manipulation. Yes, many will use you and others. But at night you will always be the successful one for you chose a lighter path. One that requires duty and is awarded with honor. Ah yes. You are meant for glory. Follow my ten steps and i promise young warrior you will be great.
