Vinny steps out onto the street and looks around for something to stand on. He finds an old soapbox and climbs up very gingerly and clears his throat.

"Hello all of you fine upstanding members of this community. I come today to bring up a serious situation. I just recently found that the Mafia Tribune was closed down due to lack of interest. I see also that The Chronicles has been put on hold due to Godmother Marietta being extremely busy.

I think we all feel a little out of the loop with whats new in all the cities.

So I am here today to ask you all. Do you want to know whats going on in the other cities? If you do I will be putting my time into creating the newest paper for our cities.

I am looking for some members to come aboard to put some time in and help out.

We all like to know whats going on in each city. So I will be looking for individuals from each city to help. If you are interested please contact me by mail for more information.

I will be looking for all positions (reporters, writers, editors and so on.....)

it's been a wile since we saw a newspaper, i am looking foreward to it.

I got to agree, I always liked the newspapers I'm looking forward to seeing a new edition.

Shall we be seeing daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly installments of your paper?

Im hoping to make it a bi-weekly edition at first and if I have enough members helping then we might see it weekly. I know we are all busy doing our business for our families. So if I get a good response of reporters and editors we will see how it goes.

The newspaper of this community was always an interest to me. I am glad that someone feels the need to bring it back to life. Marietta was doing a great job, but lets face it, how can a GM hope to run a newspaper when she is already extremely busy?

Vincent, I would be more than willing to join the team for my home city and help with this paper. My only hope is that there will be more men and women like myself willing to take the time to bring this community together once more.

My only concern is to whether this newspaper will be handed out in the streets or not. I have always been in favor of the newspaper being where it belongs, The Streets.

After saying what he felt was needed, OddPanda departs the scene whistling a merry tune.

I was excited about the newspaper, but I'm even more excited about this "enlightening everyone from blindness of what is really happening" that the chap before me mentioned.  Are there conspiracies everywhere?  I certainly hope so!

A new newspaper is a great idea.  Keep the masses in the loop with what is going on.

I think that you should print a photo of me in the first edition.  It's about time everyone saw the unacceptable face of mobdom.

The only mask I wear is the mask on my big, soft heart that hides the hurt of being a circus freak.  Except for the Susan Boyle mask I wear on big jobs obviously.

Oh, and I did mean to mention, obviously I wouldn't do the photo-shoot for free.  I mean, come on, people normally pay big bucks to see......*drum roll*....The Elephant Man......*ta da*.

I think you should include some news of what's going on with each city, assuming there is something going on and or happened. I mean, that's what the news usually reports, right?
