"Seeyara! Hurry up, we need to leave!"

Koehler had heard stories of how long it took women to pack, but he didn't realize it was this bad. Leave it up to Seeyara to ruin his morning, which showed so much promise when the sun peaked through the blinds to wake him up nice and early. They had so much planned for the day, starting with them and JoeyOlbose meeting in Paradise.

Today was an important day for Las Vegas. A mere few days after Koehler took Godfather, he had yet another joyous occasion - Paradise was finally getting an occupant. The three district heads of Las Vegas were having a celebratory night out the previous night, as they wouldn't have much time to after the new HQ was up and running.

Just as Koehler was starting to fall asleep, Seeyara came rushing out of the HQ. She shoved her suitcases in the trunk and got in the back seat next to Koehler, yelling at the driver to go. Off they went.

A short time later, the car came to a stop. Koehler looked out of the window and saw JoeyOlbose standing outside with a few of his bodyguards. He didn't look happy. He looked like someone stole his sweetroll and he was on the hunt for them. That look quickly faded when he couldn't contain his smile anymore.

Koehler opened the door and stepped out, hugging his fellow leader and friend, followed by Seeyara close behind. Koehler took a long look at Seeyara's new HQ. It had a certain characteristic about it that just screamed Sakurakai. A fitting name for this family. Koehler turned to Joey, nodded his head, and turned to Seeyara. He tossed her a set of keys and faced the gathered crowd.

"Well, here we are. This day marks the opening of Paradise, led by the goddess Seeyara and her Sakurakai."

He turned to Seeyara.

"No explanation is needed as to why you have been given Paradise. You have been my personal hero so many times in Evolution, and your continued effort and help around Vegas has been outstanding. I know I speak for all of Vegas' leaders when I say you are the only person who deserves this, and we all know you'll do amazingly."

Koehler took a break to breathe a little. He was getting a little emotional. He pulled out a handkerchief from his jacket pocket and wiped his face, gathering several tears and wiping the streaks off of his cheeks. He cleared his throat, turned to Seeyara once more and spoke loud enough for the crowd to hear.

"Now then, is there anything you would like to say to everyone here?"

congratz Seeyara ...you deserve this chance of show out your awesome work. We worked only by a few time together but you got my respect since there.

Ana gives a hug on her friend and drops a little gift looking and appreciating Seeyara Officer.

Good lucky my friend  and where is the party tonight?

Congratulations Seeyara, it's wonderful to see the city of Sin growing again and in very capable hands.

I wish you all the best in your new venture. I'm sure you'll shine!

Rory tips his hat before disappearing into the night. 

TTD hears of another authing and assumes that a party might be involved.  He reminisces on his days as an associate and all the help that Seeyara provided him back in the day.  He actually goes and cleans up a little bit to make an appearance at the authing.  A shower and combed hair later - he makes his way to Seeyara's HQ to congratulate her.  But let's not get too carried away here.  He's still obliterated and slurring.  He walks up and gives Seeyara the biggest most awkward hug she could imagine.  

"Seeeeeeeeyarrrra!!!  Congrats dear!!!  This is occasion for a drink, no?!?!"

TTD pulls a large bottle of something.... Anything... who to fuck knows what it is and drinks it in 5 very large gulps and drops the bottle.  As it smashes to the ground, he nods at Seeyara and stumbles off to mingle.

"Paradise is lucky to have a goddess to run it. Knowing you and your bloodline, I know you will do great and make Paradise and Las Vegas a great city." Switching to my native language to better express my happiness, I tell her,

"Mabuhay ka Seeyara!"

Yay Congratulations Seeyara. Glad I have had the chance to speak with you and even learn few things from you. No doubts you will be even a more valuable asset to LV then you already have been. :)

Joey had been oddly quiet as he watched everyone congratulate Seeyara, and watched her begin to unpack in her new HQ. People were looking at him, as he stood in the center of the large doorway at the entrance to the HQ, with concerned faces. "Is he ok?" They would wonder as they walked around him, and furniture was set up around him. At one point, a bodyguard of Seeyara's, even had to lift Joey straight up off of the ground so that a carpet could be placed under him. And yet, still he stood, perfectly still.

Seeyara was having someone hang a photo in her new office when suddenly the door flew wide open. There stood Joey, arms by his side, tears of joy and pride streaming down his face.

He seemed to moved across the floor in an instant and embraced Seeyara in a hug so tight that Seeyara thought she may burst!

Stepping back and wiping the tears off his face Joey finally spoke to the young woman.

"Seeyara, I am SO proud of you and absolutely excited and honored at the idea of getting to continue to work with you closely here in Vegas! You have been one of my favorite people around since my first week or so within Evolution! You have been an extremely hard worker, one of the most motivated and excited-to-help people I've met and I KNOW you will do incredibly well here in Paradise!" 

Joey pauses as he tears up again for a moment. He catches his breath and continues:

"I've always knew you'd do great things Seey! I'd say good luck, but you won't need it! Remember, I'm just a 5 minute ride away should you ever need anything!"

Joey smiles at Seeyara one last time before turning to walk out the door. Just as his hand reaches the handle he turns back and smiles again. Then he is gone, leaving Seeyara to finish her work on the new HQ.
