Same rules apply as before. Only one invite a day. Blah Blah blah.

With all due respect, I think we should make it depending on rank. One associate for Made Men, two for Capos and 3 for Bosses and Consigs.

If I am proposing something that would contradict reality, I'd be most pleased to learn about it.

I <3 the admins. My elite master uber Associate Crew will earn much money for me.

On a side note, I think it would make more sense if you can start getting Associates at the Rank of Capo and up, because Made Men already got enough perks, Capos were seen as leaders of a crew of men. Why not give them that perk for themselves?

In our world Captains are meant to fulfill the role of Capos.

Well, if we did it my way, Capos would fill their roles in those Crews.

A Capo should lead. The way it should be is that they run a crew within a family, like it could be done now.

The words Captain and Capo are interchangable. The fact that the majority are Dons with virtual independence and family is our choice.

But yeah, I can see logic behind changing associates to being given at Capo.

Tallien, I agree, but the issue with restricting associates to Capos is the interplay with the new sponsoring system whereby family members past the 25 mark must enter via the associate system. If only capos can have them, and only 3, crews with only a couple of capos would struggle for numbers.

Actually, now I think about it, maybe that wouldn't be such a bad change, in fact it might complement the new system. Perhaps crews are too bottom-heavy at the moment, and restricting associates to Capos would eliminate that...

I think having associates at Capo is a great idea. 1 Associate at Capo - 2 at Boss - 3 at Consigliere+

It would mean in order for families to grow - they need their members to work hard for them before they could invite more.
