On a similar note...I think these need to be revised in general terms?
30-40 hours a week being 'average' is over the top in my opinion. That's equivalent to a full time job! |

| The tiers are not predefined. They are directly built from the hours that all upper structure puts in. It combined all the hours into one and cuts it in half. Anyone below that is below average anyone above that is above. Those numbers automatically change every time you look at the page. If its saying 40ish hours is average then that would be because the average upper structure person is putting in 40 hours. It's not predefined tiers that I adjust :p | |

We are currently working on the new GUI, so we are avoiding doing anything real now that would simply have to be redone next month. (Normally, our dev and our production servers are sync'd... right now they are not, any change that ive done in the past month I have to do again when we go live with the new design... so we are trying to keep it to just the necessities) But this this is short listed after the new gui. |
