I think you should't be able to purchase bodyguards until you are made because an obscenely well protected gangster is unrealistic.  Anyone feel the same way?

Prehaps that family has extremly high hopes for the gangster and they wish to see him or her protected. Becoming OWP is rather pricey, even for just a gangster. So if a family wants to spend that kind of money for that person, more power to them.

I know its not realistic a OWP gangster but if you do that it will take fun out the game abit.
