NO loans for anybody under the rank of Earner.

Ranks maximum loan -

Earner - MAX 100k

Wise Guy - MAX 250k

Made - Above - 600k

"Okay,so there's our requirements,now to the paying back part." He hands you another piece of paper.

100k - 250k ~  5% interest each day the loan is out. Deadline: 7 days MAX

251k - 400k ~ 7% interest each day the loan is out. Deadline: 10 days MAX

401k - 600k ~ 10% interest each day the loan is out. Deadline: 14 days,2 weeks, MAX

"So,as you can see,however much you pay back depends on yourself.
Also,any loans over 250k you MUST have your CL contact myself,or
Tommy_Peggorino,this is a requirement because if you fail to pay back
your loan,there will be consequences. To learn about paying back loans,talk to AlCapone97,in he back office. By the way,the name's WaM."

You walk over,back past Tommy,and into another office and you see a man there,eith a bat close to his desk.

"You need to learn about paying back loans? Alright,read this here."

Consequences of NOT paying back a loan...

Yes I did notice you changed the percentages slightly, what a lot 14 hours can do, if you think the streets is the place to work against or challenge your competition regarding businesses... It is NOT. We have a business district for a REASON.
This also applies for ricob btw but atleast he had the decency to point out in some situations you're cheaper...



Don't you guys agree when you're on the same team you shouldn't be trying to loose eachother business? I mean if you were from different cities... maybe... but this?

I'm sorry but as Mr. Noah said,it was unprepared and I wanted to change some things...As for mine and Ricob's competition,I was thinking the same thing.

Tommy, you're getting yourself in a hell of a lot of trouble doing this type of shit. Let these ideas pass, and when all of it cools down then perhaps start an enhanced business. Until then, live down the heat.

Godmother Rourke I do apologize for posting in the streets about my business when I know that is not the place for it. However, I had no idea somebody was going to try and horde in on my business and not to mention do it in a way that it shouldn't be done. When I made my business I got approval from the District leader and I also got approval from some of the CL's to loan to their people. I only posted in the streets to try and save my business from Tommy's idea he had. I apologize again for my stupidity in posting about my business in the streets I hope that you and the other CL's can forgive me for my lapse in judgement
