The paulieto crew was gone they had nothing left. And the
few of the bikers that were left were to weak to hold together their crew and
they disbanded. Mickey got better and we started making money again. We were
making money all over the place.  We even
bought a legit business that as going to stay clean, it was a suit business
that was making good money.

On Friday Johnny Pizzone was released from prison he was
arrested for racketeering and loan sharking charges. He was the original capo
of the crew before Tommy he brought me into the mafia. We had a big party for
hm.

Johnny: Boy you've grown up

Me: Yup, I'm no longer just a little associate

Johnny: Yup you're a wise guy now

Me: So did you turn to the other side while you were in their

Johnny: Ha ha you funny

After a few hours everybody went home. The next day we had a
meeting at our family compound. It was me, Mickey, Chris, Tommy, Johnny, and Don
Vince. It was about giving Johnny a start again. Don Vincent  gave him 50% of the loan shark business.  All three of us was mad so after the meeting
since I w as the cousin closet to the don I discussed my feelings

Me: Don, what is that

Don: He was a good earner and most likely still is

Me: I got to eat to and so does the other. We worked our butts
off for the past 5 years. And now he just comes in and gets most of the
business. It was his fault he was arrested if wasn so wiild and addicted to the
 celebrity life stile he wouldn't have
gone to jail.

Don: He has learned from his mistakes and now he will be
better. And this is the last im gonna speak about it. And plus you three have
that suit business

Me: Yeah your right ok boss

So we all went home. Johnny was running the business good
making lots of money o rhim and us. He even got enough money to purchase a
condo for 10,000 a month and he drove a Ferrari. But the police was on him. He
used some of the money for drugs which Vincent warned him about. But he was
doing it in a way that the police couldn't connect him to any of it. I had to
say he wwas doing good.

One day while I was away on a trip, Johnny came by my condo

Johnny: Is Frankie here

Kelly: no he's not, but would you like to come in for
something to drink

Johnny: sure

Kelly served him a drink and they started to talk. When all
of a sudden He was up on Kelly

Johnny: I know you want I saw the way you look at me all the
time

Kelly: I don't want you; I'm going to get married to frank.
Now let me go

Johnny: No (he started to kiss then he raped her).

The next day when I came back. She told me what happened and
I was pissed.

Me: did you go to the doctor

Kelly:  (crying) yes, everything
is fine. I'm taking pills so I don't get pregnant

Me: I am going to get that cocksucker

I get into my Bentley ad quickly drove to the club that the
family owned. Everybody was their the boss, Tommy and most importantly Johnny.
I shot up is Ferrari. Afterwards, When I we t in the club I threw a glass
bottle at his face

Me: You raped my girl

Johnny: She liked it you mother fucker

Tommy and tony (the other captain) held me and Johnny back

Boss : what is going on, you Frankie come with me into the
office

Boss: now what did he do

Me: He raped Kelly

Boss: He was making jokes about how he ahd sex with this
girl. Now I know who he is talking about. He's been slacking us to because of
him they sent tommy a idicment. I whant him gone this is the last straw but we
cant do it here. Whenn we go out side act like everything is and leave then
meet us in the wood up by redwood.

So I leave and The boss gets Johnny to come with him to the
woods. But Johnny is smarter than he looks he had a  gang of 5 people follow us.  When they stopped the gang stopped about a
mmile form them. Then  tony and tommy
grabbed Johnny and took him into the woods

Johnny: What is going on..... Why are you doing this

Boss: Youve been acting like a ass lately and its messing p
this thing of ours. And you raped... YOU RAPED! My cousin's pheonce. Their goes Frankie
now

Johnny:  This is what I
get for making you shitloads of money

Boss: Its not all about the money

We brought him into the middle of the woods and we had him
on his knees

Me: You mother fucker (punched him an beat him, this is for Kelly
(I pulled out my gun)

As soon as was about to pull the trigger the 5 guys came
with Tommy guns and shot up the place we all ran. But they go the boss in the
leg. Other than that we got away safely. Then Johnny got the money he and
stashed and went into hiding

At the hospital we talked over what was going to happen.
Mickey and Chris joined us

Tommy: He is no where to be found we lined up pockets ad
still nothing

Me: we need tog et this ass

Boss: Don't worry we will look at what his and his hoodlums
did to my leg. Tommy and tony go and talk to Billy out in the bell wood he must
have something. He keeps in contact with Johnny

Me: when you found out where he is I want to kill him

Boss: Ok this time I'm not going to hold you off. When you
get him tear him up like a lion would
