There are a limited number of DFPs in every city, and all of them in your city are currently owned by other players. You'll have to wait until one is sold, abandoned, or raided before you can purchase one. |

if someone loses there dfp a announcement is made on the IRC #divinelunacy the only other way to know is to just keep trying and hopefully you get lucky. |
