Waking up from a deep sleep. I pulled my self together and picked-up telegrams placed on my door mat. One of them contains a rather disturbing news.

"Las Vegas got burned."

Once again. I thought. My father died asleep at the same City. I was supposed to have the same fate. Did I just got lucky this time? Was it my father's guiding soul saved me? Or was it just Las Vegas truly is cursed?

Perhaps I should continue sailing through this ocean of confusion to seek answers. If there's such. Endless. Vast. Never ending indeed.

May the souls of the fallen rest well. All of you will never be forgotten.

I will never forget the laughter shared. Look, my palpitations all good now. I was about to share the good news. But, there's just.. nobody left at our house. Just Van and an old picture of the whole family hanging by Scratchy's office wall. There's no other words left to speak for this sadness in my heart. ~sigh~
