Hello Everyone, I just thought I recently went through who is still unsponsered and who are inactive from the recent protection I put up on some of New Orleans's mobsters and here is the newer infomation.

The following people still have protection till the October 30th 2:55.

The following last three people however are now offically inactive and are free to shoot if you can find them.

If anyone is wandering why I have announced this in public or have decided to allow the three inactive people to now be open kills is because by now they would of been shot usually for inactivity, and I didn't want to just allow my city to take the three shots because that would be unfair on the rest who have had to wait the whole protection period.
