Stands up from the meeting that had just finished in the back of his shop. He thanks those who came and walks out to the front of his shop and watches the crowd. He then calls out to the people walking by.

There was once a young man by the name Quirinus that found his way to the steps of our headquarters and came in looking for some small time jobs. He soon proved that he was an efficient earner and talented at keeping things moving forward in the family. He quickly climbed the ranks of the family to become one of my first Consigs. This man has put a lot into this family and its time for him to get something back from the family. He will still be a part of my family an extension if you will his new title shall be Capo Decina. Please join me in wishing him well as the wolf pack Capo Decina.

Walks back into his shop and closes the door.

After letting Don Paul_Vidi speak the crowd that had formed near his Headquarters upon rumor of News, Quirinus steps forward to the crowd to address them himself.

I'll keep this short and to the point.

First off, I'd like to thank Don Paul_Vidi for this most unexpected and wonderful opportunity. There are no amount of words that I could say that would come close to showing the esteem I have for this man so I'll let my work do it for me.

As always, Godmother ScipitaRourke and Don Jono have set the highest example of what is expected and I hope to do them proud, as the newest extension of The Wolfpack, in helping improve this fair City.
