He hangs up the phone and takes a seat at the bar counter, turns around and starts looking at the streets of Philly.

Alot
has changed these past few months, alot new faces running around the
streets. And new shops too. I remem.... He stops reminiscing the moment
he sees his boys at the street corner. He steps up and exits the bar.

After a while of trying, Il_Siciliano got tired and did the old regular shoot a few times in air.

listen up people. My Capo Decina Pip will be given today what he has
rightfully earned. I'm promoting him to be my Capo Venticinque, this
means he will be having 25-men under his wing. I'm very proud of him
and I hope you all give him the respect he has earned. So I give you my
new Capo Pip! Congratulations my friend!
