Sherlock enters the Streets of LA and looks around. He notices a
few of the faces standing around and the rest are all unrecognizable to
him, after scanning the area, he nods to the Godfather whom is
surrounded by body guards. Luckily for him, he gave his men a day off,
being surrounded only makes him feel encumbered anyways. After a few
moments he shoots a quick barrage in the air, in an attempt to weed out
any of the unworthy few.

"Today... I am here to talk about another worthy person to help rule
LA, he has done many great things for my family and I don't think I
could see anybody take on this task other than himself. After a few
chats with the other leaders of LA and the Godfather himself, we have
decided that Dagenham_Ter will be joining the big leagues of the
underworld."

Looking around, he nods and then walks off to congratulate Ter himself.

Gaius smiles as his lifelong friend Sherlock makes the announcement of another friend getting his chance in the big seat. As Sherlock finishes, Gaius stands up and takes another inhale on his cowboy killer.

Congratulations my friend, I can't think of another individual that has earned it more. You've been with LA for a long time, your bloodline has been with LA for even longer, and I know that you'll make us all proud.

Looking around the crowd of bodyguards and the people who gathered to hear the speech, he sees Ter standing next to Sherlock

A small smile crept across his worn face, he remebered his anecstors and how much his father did for the city

He clapped lightly and nodded to ter an unspoken congrulation from his eyes

Ter you and me go way back.... i remember chasing you down the street with stick for stealing my penny candy... and look at you now. Well deserved mate and i know you will do great things.

Tony walks on over and shakes Ter's hand and congratulates him.

"You have always helped me out when I needed it and you definitley deserve your own family. Congratz man."

Tony steps back to allow other people to congratulate him

I have worked alongside Ter plenty of days, as we were both Right Hand Slaves to families in Los Angeles. All that hard work is now paying off for you my friend . Make us proud.
