"Ladies and gentlemen, the Redemption family is proud to tell you that we
will be holding a new EVENT. We all know that there are many of us here are new
in our shore and needs a little training in the way we are leaving here, and
others don't know how to act the way we act in the street. Why is it that we
let us pick the street for their training? It is simply because we want them to
be as successful as you are, and the best way to do that is to let them learn here. Now, we are holding a competition for those individuals both new and old
to this shore. The main purpose of this competition is to train everyone in
what we really do, and how RP should be delivered. We will start two days from
now after all of the interested participants confirm their registration."


Role Playing Contest


This Contest is open for all, regardless of their rank. All you have to do is
join the story that will be posted in the street. There will be a certain task
that will be given to each of the players who join the contest. Each player who
decides to join will send me a mail explaining what they wish to contribute,
and I'll send one back with the task that that player must achieve through the
RP. The task will be simple, for example you are assigned to rob a bank at the
capital city; you will reply in a post by doing a role play of how you will
execute the bank robbery, e.g., '--Prophet-- went to the main door of the bank
and blasted three clips of hot lead into every staff member and customer,
painting the walls red. --Prophet-- then escaped with $2,530,376; the cops
chased him, but --Prophet-- eluded successfully when he passed ahead of a
speeding train before it crossed the railway track.' I know you can do better
than this; just use your imagination. We will be judging you on how you do your
task, so make it creative and interesting to read.


Rules:


It must be original; cheating will lead you to disqualification.


Everyone that will be joining should send me a message if they are interested
in joining the event. Only listed people will be able to claim the main prizes.


You can support others' role playing activities; for example, if one of your
friends asks you to help him support his RP, you can do so by posting an RP
that will support him in his task. It's just a matter of how you communicate
with each other. Members who support other peoples' RP do not need to be
listed.


We will give you 48 hours to reply on the post once you receive your task;
failure to post will result in deducted points. To compete, you will need to
successfully complete three separate tasks, so be ready, and always watch the
thread.


Of course, your tasks can intertwine with other tasks and other people,
prompting them to support you.


All RP tasks should be posted in here, or it cannot be counted.


The event will last for 8 days. This is plenty of time to make a creative RP
for the contest, so do your best.

Runner up will get $400,000

Best Supporting Role Player will get $200,000
