I think the greatest band of all time would have to be the Grateful Dead. As a deadhead myself i seen this band 54 or 55 times and without a doubt the best band of all times. Anybody who seen the band would agree with me,you never seen the same show twice. Out of all the times i seen the band i never seen the same show twice. Very few bands can say that and even fewer bands could play a three night stand in one city and not repeat a song. I can honestly say that i seen the grateful dead play 106 songs before i heard a repeat. Thats why i say they are the greatest band of all time. |

to me its a group that has shown success over generations. The Greatfull Dead might be one, personally I don't like them much. The Beatles The Rolling Stones. Led Zeppelin |

| very hard to decide the greatest of all time, i would have to side with the rolling stones simply cos i love them, but bands like pink floyd, the beatles, led zepplin, red hot chili peppers, REM and many more can not be overlooked. | |

| In my own opinion the bands i would consider the best wouldnt actually be the best, bands like Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins, RHCP and Radiohead. Though to me they are even though i know theres better. :P | |

In my opinion, there's not really any 'best' bands. But the bands I do consider the greatest Rock bands of all time are: Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd The Who Emerson Lake & Palmer Aerosmith Queen The Rolling Stones |

There are many great bands in the world. -Beatles, -Rolling Stones, -AC/DC, -Led Zeppelin, -Boney M, ... All these bands were active in 1970-80s. At 21st century many band have made it to the top: -Red Hot Chilli Peppers, -U2, -Aerosmith, ... |

In this order, top three bands ever: Oasis Foo Fighters Arctic Monkeys (OK they've only had 2 albums but they are both amazing) I'm having a fight with myself about why I haven't got Ocean Colour Scene on here... but I think I'm doing the right thing. |
