When I find myself stuck in jail.  I often look for something else to do.  Obviously, there is the forum to read, but I was thinking of something more.

I had a question about something about MafiaReturns.  I wanted to find the answer, but you are unable to read tutorial while in jail.

So I was wondering if it would be possible to have a link to the tutorial while in jail.  Thank you.

Simple idea but it makes sense :D.

Think about it.  Noob get stuck in jail.  Looks at forum and wonders what its about.  Having a tutorial linkage on the front page of the Jail Forum explains stuff and maybe he might stick around.

Yes and also I think it's better if site rules are shown also or any materials that can feed the mind of any user to know more about this game and also how the game works.

I'm sure this was made the case months back. Albeit without the link actually being on the jail page. You click on the Mafia Returns logo in the top left and then navigate to the tutorial as normal. Which, I admit, is not something a new person is likely to randomly do.

So a direct link could be helpful.
