​Jake Ballard makes a rare appearance out in the streets and takes a look around, already outside and waiting for him are his trusty hands Cordelia and Clay. RoryRourke and Lucy are also standing around already aware of the news Jake was about to deliver. Jake clears his throat to get the attention of those hanging around in Detroit.

"As some of you may have noticed SpikeS has moved to Detroit to help with the rebuilding process and given his blessing for Ronin to start a family in Downtown, well the time has come for my family to branch out as well."

"Today I will be giving Rory Rourke permission to head up his own family in Black Bottom under myself. Rory has worked extremely hard and proved himself since joining me from Chicago and I believe he'll continue to be a great asset to Detroit as the head of his own family. So without further blathering on from me, I give you the Rourke Moonshine Co."

Rory had long dreamed of this moment, this honour, now it was finally here. He'd sent a driver to pick up Lucy this morning and he'd been braced and waiting ever since. Staring vacantly ahead, yet listening intently he listened to Jake's speech, listening to Jake finish he allowed himself to break into a smile. Stepping forward he faced the crowd to speak. 

Thank you for this fantastic opportunity, Don Ballard. I consider it a great honour and will give my greatest effort to rebuilding the city of Detroit and improving this wonderful district even more. 

He smiled and embraced Jake, he was excited to get started. 

SpikeS sees the glorious Lucy in all her bovine glory, and then he sees a fancy dressed Rory.

Well, it would seem that someone who knows his lesson, and a hoofed creature have risen in the ranks in Detroit. This was a fine choice Jake_Ballard. Ice cream and cheeses for all! And glory to Black Bottom, and let the booze flow.

SpikeS goes to paint Lucy's hooves in royal purple nail polish. He had to buy an industrial sized jar to do so.
