Today was a big day for Rory, as his car drove towards St.Antoine’s street he felt the butterflies floating around his stomach. Quickly putting them out of his mind he thought about how much he loved the city of Detroit and the service which he was to do it.

As the car rolled to a halt, Rory opened the door of his Cadillac and stepped out to greet the people waiting. After clearing his throat, he began to speak.

Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for gathering here today as I have an announcement to make. In accordance with the wishes of my family head Don Jake Ballard. I will be setting up my own operation under his watchful eye in the district of Black Bottom here in Detroit.

Detroit is a city I hold very close to my heart and all the residents in it. Just lately we have been through very testing times here in Detroit and have under gone massive change. I wish not to concentrate on the past however, for we must look to the future. I very much look forward to working along side not only Jake Ballard, in my own district. But also alongside our friends, Don Spike Spiegel and Don Ronin, over in Downtown. I hope that through co-operation and hardwork we may restore Detroit to the greatness it deserves.

I am proud to announce that the Rourke Moonshine Co. Is now in operation.

Rory tips his hat before retaking his seat in the back of the Cadillac and heading off towards his new headquarters.
