Sir, you have been a blessing upon us all. I appreciate everything you have done for me and New Orleans, thank you.

Lastik bit at his bottom lip before taking Death-Knight's hand firmly in grasp and wrapping his free arm around the man as to pull him in for a hug before allowing him to go on his way.

Right. I have an enormous project ahead of me and many important people to cast a line to which will be done here shortly, I assure it. I look forward to visiting each city and meeting their Godfathers and Godmothers along with city heads. I'm excited to begin this business with each and every one of you. 

As Death-Knight leaves for his retirement, I will move straight on with business. The captains of New Orleans remain the same and will be working closely with myself in strengthening New Orleans and maintaining a professional bond and healthy business with each of the cities across this marvelous country.

I, will be leading New Orleans. I'll be heading the committee of the captains and rest assured, I will handle all business appropriately and exactly how it should be handled. I have as my right hand, Oliver and my left hand, Lea. These two ladies will be handling all of New Orleans's affairs along with me. They both have an outstanding history and I have complete faith in them, we together, along with the captain of New Orleans will surely build this city into something to marvel at.

I welcome you all to New Orleans.

I don't know the answer either to this Tritium but frankly it is none of our business nor something I would expect to be asked about in the streets. DeathKnight was a very smart and good leader, he had the right to auth in his city but knowing his way of doing things, I'm willing to wager it had been discussed with others. But again NOT our business.
