It has been tough in the past fifteen minutes or so I have had in St. Louis, but I have already moved a mountain and posted my first city rule to the large list of rules in this World of Ours.

Brilliant. I, however, expected nothing less from someone so utterly genius and bioengineered in a scientist's basement.

Rourke wiped sweat from his brow and came back to the Streets.

As the new champion leader that I am, I added ANOTHER rule to the stone tablet of St. Louis. I would hope you lot will view this as a less religion-centric Ten Commandments and heed these rules upon your visit to the fair-haired city of St. Louis.

I certainly hope you will consider hiring Onion_Ring and Chocolate_Shake as your right hand and left hand.  As you can't have the Burger Kings, without the Onion_Rings and Chocolate_Shakes of the world. 

And Don Iota made a small error.  They aren't a super sized set of rules, they are a King Sizezd set of rules.

Petra, in the meantime is in the central park of Saint Louis addressing the growing crowd of spectators there. Unveiling a 50 foot stone statue of Rourke with his hands at his hips and chin to the sky.

Congratulations! For some reason you're in downtown yet I'm at this park unveiling a statue of you, but it is just a beam of greatness of your aura that is spreading through this lucky city. Yay! Watches pleased as the people stare in awe at the giant monument.

As Athena sprung from the head of Zeus, another rule has popped into the "Slightly Less Than Ten Commandments of St Louis." I am pleased with the success of the city so far and look forward to introducing myself to you all.

Dear Journal,

Day Two of my bold new expedition into St. Louis is going quite well. So far the people of the cities have extended me warm congratulations and helpful words of support. I'm currently sending invitations to any mafiosos who express interest in the family and hope to help these young thugs and gangsters blossom into healthy goombas, earners, and wise guys shortly. A little encouragement along with some nourishment will go a long way!
