WhereWasJeremy walks onto the Streets.  He is wearing clothes, but his shoes glean beautifully.  He looks down at his shoes, and then out to the people, back to the shoes and he smiles.  He is about to say something, but hesitates to look at his shoes again, before looking out at the crowd.  He takes a breathe to talk, then pauses, looks at his shoes and smiles once more.  This process is repeated until a small crowd has gathered.  Then he begins to talk...

"This pair of shoes were made for me by a shoemaker, he lives in a house and has a helper.  He makes good shoes and I think shoes are important.  They are important because they make a man look like an important man, with nice shoes, and that he can afford nice things."

"We are all in this life because we like making money, and we like money because we can buy nice things that make us look good.  That is why I like these shoes, they are well made and help me look like a man of honour."

"What is it that makes you look like a man of honour?"

You are right about that!  A great pair of shoes can definitely tell a lot about a man.  But how often does somebody really look at a man's shoes?  (that's a borrowed line.)

Now, a great fedora.  Everybody will notice a great fedora.  Worn the right way, a fedora can tell a lot about a man.

"I know you are asking the innocent question here, my friend, making idle conversation with associates to liven up our streets, but I'm going to give you the philosophical answer here.

"The real measure of a man is not in his appearance or wealth, nor does it rest on the opinions of his equals. If you want to know truly what makes a man, you ask his subordinates, those who work for him. Theirs is the opinion you can really gain insight into what makes a man of honour. When we receive that button, we're on the track to becoming a boss, one day. At that time, how a man or woman treats those under them, whether they report to him or her or simply outrank them, will speak volumes.

"Also, it's in the hat. They've gotta have a nice hat."

After strong-arming few hot dog stand owners, Vanbrilliance decided to take a stroll in the streets. He noticed a respectable mafiosi named WhereWasJeremy emphasizing the importance of a fine pair of shoes. As the crowd gathers, Van stepped in too...

"I think what makes a man honorable is the way he handles his Life. Does he make good connections and allies? Is he a man of true words, never breaking a promise for another man? It's also about the way he gives respect to his friends and business connections. Hence, a man becomes honorable by his actions." Van exclaimed.

"But yeah...a great pair of shoes can take you to places! And a fine suit. Include that fedora too!"

Van looked down and realized that he, unknowingly, forgot to wear shoes for the day.

Bender had been dancing around the streets, shooting the shit with a few local mobsters as well as mobsters from other cities. It was nice that people were coming out to chat casually. Instead of there being a need for great news on a war, or demonstration of authority over a city by making statements about how someone else is now an authority in that place.

Bender listened to the person looking for Jeremy

""What is it that makes you look like a man of honour?""

"well, I'd have to say that'd be a blindfold over other people's eyes... short of that I don't have any qualities or apparels that make me look like a man of honour" Bender becomes sad at having to admit this outloud. He'd always had the appearance of a thief, so eventually gave into stealing at every given opportunity, just so he could spare others the embarassment of judging him wrongly and making fools of themselves.
