The Godmother of Las Vegas stops at a corner with a few people standing around. _Ragnarok_ standing at her side, her bodyguard to the other. She clears her voice, and the others fall silent.

Earlier today you all witnessed the transition of my former Don Tallien to Godfather of New Orleans.  This is a big change within the city of Las Vegas. As you also know per my previous plans with Tallien, he was to train up _Ragnarok_ to take the reigns over the crew. Today is the day that becomes a reality.

While, Tallien was a direct extension to The Northern Lights, I intend to keep the younger members Tallien's crew was training up. I feel more than confident, as does Tallien that _Ragnarok_ is ready to lead these people. We have set him up with the younger members back in Las Vegas where they can continue to learn and grow. '

The plan has not altered at all even though Tallien has moved on to New Orleans. _Ragnarok_ has worked very hard, taken notes diligently, and kept an open eye and ear to all that goes on around him. He has witnessed a lot of crime around these cities, and has learned ways to deal with sticky situations that should arise. I feel that there is no better time than now, to let him shine and move forward with leading the family he was intended to lead.

The city of Las Vegas will continue to grow and do business as usual with the other seven cities as it's always done. Now, with _Ragnarok_ working under me alongside The Street Kingdom we can continue molding Las Vegas into the Sin City that everyone knows and loves.

Congratulations, _Ragnarok_. The keys have been handed over to you. I can only foresee great success ahead.

She stood in the crowd smiling, "Ragnarok, It's an honor to be beside you on this journey and I have nothing but respect and faith in you." she said, "And I promise not to drink too much on the job." she added with a laugh. "And just like I told Tallien, if there is anything you need you feel free to let me know and I will do my best to help out. Congratulations, friend." she told him.

Standing behind Jen she pokes her head out and says. "Let me be the next to congratulate you Ragnarok I look forward to working for you for a very long time to come, I know you will excel in this new position and the crew will grow into an even bigger sucess." She hands Ragnarok a fresh box of cubans that she lifted earlier in the day and turns and makes her way out of the crowd.

Congrats Ragnarok!

I'm sure with Tallien as your teacher and the support of Las Vegas you will prosper as our new captain and prove to be a great asset to our fair city.

Congratulations Ragnarok, I am sure you will go on to be a success in Las Vegas. You've worked hard in the last month or so and deserve this chance.

Oderus leaves the crowded city street corner and hops on a plane to single-handedly slaughter a small village

Walks slowly into the crowd, tripping Oderus as he leaves, she approaches Ragnarok. "Congratulations, I know you will do well and wish you all of the best!" She turns to walk away and looks back, "Oh and good luck dealing with Jen, shes a handful!" Desiree winks and disappears into the crowd.

Congratulations Ragnarok, Best of Luck to you in Las Vegas. I am sure you will make Godmother Aurora a very pround woman.

Casually makes his way to the front of the crowd

"Congratulations on this massive achievement....It'll be an honor to serve under you and to see where it takes this family."

He quickly hugs Godmother Aurora before stepping forward to speak. Wearing the finest suit he currently owned, _Ragnarok_ looked confident as he stood on the steps next to Godmother Aurora. Clearing his throat and looking around at the gathering of his friends and buisness partners, he gave them an award winning smile before speaking

Godmother, from the day I walked into your office and you laid out the plans for our future, Ive been hoping and dreaming of this day. You teamed me up with Tallien and told me to learn everything I could from him, and I did. Day by day, I watched the man work and I learned from him. His guidence was excellent and I will forever been in debt to him for it. 

When Godfather Tallien told me he was heading to New Orleans and I was authed to start my own crew, I was speechless at first. But I soon gathered my thoughts, giving you and him many thanks before starting out to get my buisness going.

When I became made, I swore my life to you, and now that Im one of your Captians, I agian swear my life to you. Your word is law and I will follow it without question. Each and every member of my crew will work extremly hard, that I can promise you. Las Vegas is our home, Las Vegas is our life. Thank you once agian Godmother Aurora for this chance.

Stepping down from the stairs, _Ragnarok_ walks into the crowd of people, shaking hands with the many friends who had gathered for this important event in his life.

I know I have already spoke about you on the streets when congratulating the new Godfather but I wasnt to congratulate you again sir. You are my friend and I am very happy that you have made it to CL. I have been on this journey with you from the beginning and quite often I have peppered you with qiestions trying to find out about 'this thing of ours' and you have been a true gentleman and never let me down.

You will be a fantastic CL as you have all the qualities to be a great.

Newman was just as his name suggested, a new comer both to the world of organized crime and to Las Vegas and so far he was loving every minute of it. As Ragnarok's presence was announced he found himself standing with some familiar faces.

I'd just like to say that I wish Ragnarok all the best with settling in the city of Las Vegas, long may you lead us.
