Do midgets and dwarfs have the same or smaller appetiets then regular size people if not thier food and drink bills must be well cheap

LOL. Since they are smaller they require less energy, so they need less food. Their stomaches are smaller too so I doubt they can fit as much.

i was serious i've always wondered cause shorter people say 5 ft can eat exactly the same as sum one 6ft  !!

Are you asking about midgets and dwarfs or just shorter people. 5ft tall is not considered a midget.
