Wakes from his
afternoon nap and goes to the front of his shop hoping the people in the
streets will be walking by to hear his news of the day. As he steps onto the
stoop of his shop he sees many people roaming around some hurried, some scared,
some  just casually strolling. He walks
to the edge of the stoop and stops.

  There is a man in
Philadelphia that has always stood by my side and helped me in many ways over
the times. He was given a Capo Decina crew to run and has done such a great job
of bringing in new people and raising them that the time has come for him to expand
even further. I am promoting him to a Capo Venitcinque crew. I want to
congratulate him and wish him the best of luck and thank him for his hard work.
This man whom I speak of is Quirinus now a Capo Venitcinque in Philadelphia.

Turns to his man Q
embraces him waves to the crowd and turns going back into his shop.

Wooohooo Q! Congrats buddy, you deserve it! Speech, speech, speech!

Elvira held a big smile on her face as she watches Q get red in the face from all the attention. Clapping very loudly as she gave a small laugh she ran up to hug him. "Congrats my dearest friend. Very deserved. I'm glad to be by your side." Then leaving him in the spotlight she walked off into the shadows to get back to work.
