Would it be possible for the owner and workers of a business to post in a different colour?

I.e I open up a bar, whenever I post in that bar, my writing will appear Blue thus letting people know that I am the big poppa. It gets busy so I get Iota in to scrub the dishes and serve a few drinks, whenever he posts, his text is pink, thus letting people know two things, one that he is staff and two that he's a wee bit camp.
