They know when you're awake.
They know if you've got BGs and forts or not,
So watch out for goodness sake!

Information:

• The attack timer for Wacking and BG Wacking the Snowy NPCs is 20 minutes. Attacking anything else will result in a normal 60 minute timer.
• The NPCs will attack bodyguards and crew fortifications. The damage will be light and the rewards after the event will more than make up for it.
• Each NPC's bodyguards must be dead before you may wack that NPC.

TL;DR: Kill the Snowy NPCs in your home city. 

Blublank, All stat gains from Wack and BG Wack are unchanged from killing a normal NPC.

MrHans, The NPCs will stay around until dead, I will be reducing their BG count as the day goes on with the goal that they die within the 24 hours.

Ronin, No, that wouldn't really be fair as the cities arent terribly balanced. Its just a fun war.
