_Ragnarok_ steps out of the doors of his newly constructed HQ on a
beautiful evening in Sin City. He quickly shuffles out to the small
crowd that has gathered, clears his throat and begins to speak

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Godmother Aurora for
allowing me to have the opportunity to set up a crime organization
under her in Las Vegas, as well as the late Godfather Tallien for
teaching me the appropriate ways of this business. Without these
people, I don't know where I'd be, and for that I am truly grateful.
I am here today to announce to introduce my family to the streets, The High Rollers.

I feel it is both necessary and extremely important to outline to my
expectations of those approaching my HQ doors looking for work. Las
Vegas, and The High Rollers, seek motivated and intelligent mafioso who
are prepared to put this family first, and to live and die for
Godmother Aurora at all costs. If this is your particular cup of tea,

love to talk business with you, and take the necessary steps toward a
potential relationship with Las Vegas.
