I think a good Feature could be introduce. As a Caporegime sub-crew leader I need to keep track of my sub-crew oviously and to get contact with them from time to time
Woudl it be good if we could have a page like the LH or RH without the option of course or may just one option "Take gun"
this will able us as a sub-crew leader to keep much control of any one having a gun with no training making family saver
see where our members are and what are they earning, handy for training and motivation activity. Mass mailling.
Could be handy for the crew leader to attribute new members or move members to balance out sub-crew

This would be the same thing but for sub-crew 10 members  more or less this could look the same and would be perfect with the xtra option to remove gun to idiots or untrust or not trained  :)

The associate thing in a way is to phase out sub-crews in some families it already has. No one has sub-crews anymore just use associates. Its the way its really supposed to be.

So I give this idea a thumbs down.

Well strictly speaking a sub-crew leader is a captain or Capo, so this is easily solved by buying a 10 man HQ for your sub-crew.

While Grin is 100% correct, please dont follow his advise!

I think this will be good for us becuz most crewmates aren't active as they are supposed to be even if you mail them they won't listen so therefore there should be something to do that will give them attention to their subcrews
