I make this statement, to remember all of those newcomers to our lands that made mistakes.  We will remember them with great sadness that they have left this land without knowing why.  I have many times walked the casket of them to the grave, and thought that it was sad they didn't get a chance to figure out what they did wrong.  I bow my head to my newest friend, chrissboy, may he find happiness in the after life.

I'm not sure you can make such a statement. I know of many people who became aware of their faults in a final "whisper" from their killer telling them why they are being shot.

What they hear and what they understand are often two different things.  You can tell a youngster he is being disrespectful, but if he is not listening has he really heard you?

Do you really care if they don't listen, you tried to make them understand?

Communication is a wonderful, but horrible thing at the same time.  You may think you're getting through to them, but you may not be.  I know that when my father died, he didn't know why his own family was killing him.  To this very day I still don't know the full details, but I have let that go and moved on to a different family that helps me understand before i do things.  Not all of us are the same age, or from the same parts.  To me, I feel there should be a buffer from making a mistake to death, but alas, that is just me.

I do not understand.. How can you not get through? You tell them what they did wrong, if they don't get and continue to keep doing the deed the punishment continues coming. Finally they will figure out hey I get punished if I do this. Besides there is only a couple thing's I believe you can die for in the life. To my that's lying cheating stealing aka pp with out permission, disrespect and killing another guy or gal in another family. So if you didn't understand one of those.. Then maybe they just had fun killing you if it wasn't that was it their fault you no comprehend?

I totally agree . You break the rules and this whole thing of ours cracks and crumbles.
