With immediate effect, I would very much like to welcome some new members to Friends And Great Guys Of This Site. The prerequisites of joining this illustrious new friendship group are as follows:

• Ruin meritocracy by circumventing the notion of "survival of the fittest".

• Create fun competitions in the streets. Al Capone did this regularly.
  
• Undue importance is placed upon role playing as an actual member of the Mafia. Tea parties and the ilk are acceptable if not preferable.
  
• Never acknowledge exciting in character aspects of the game, like war and power wielding, as valuable. Role play threads are paramount.
  
• Totally disregard criticism if it happens to challenge our new fantastic community; vanguard friendship.
  
• Spread the word of Friends And Great Guys Of This Site to all all of your like minded acquaintances.
  

I have nothing more to say on the matter other than to bid you forth my brethren, spread your seed of joy upon the faces of the "old school" heathens. No one likes their type any more.
