Last night, I did something terrible. I lost the respect of someone I love and hurt her even more than I already have. I brought my feelings from outside the game, in, and took a drastic action that on hindsight was cowardly.

Cowardly in that instead of owning up to all my faults, I took a far easier path. Instead of toughing it out and getting past this bump in the road, I opted out. I was selfish in this, as what little hurt I felt was nothing compared to what I have cause. I wasn't able to handle it.

Now, I've widened the gulf. I've made it far worse for her and hurt more than just the two of us this time. I wanted her to hate me but I've only come to hate myself. She has shown herself to be far better than me.

What I can do to fix this, I'm not sure of but I'm not going to stop trying.

To be honest, I probably wouldn't have even brought it to the light and published it for everyone to see. I think that might be the bigger mistake as for people don't need to know your family business.

I would suggest speaking to Elvira and explaining yourself. That usually works.

Yes, like Avon said, perhaps publishing this to the site wasn't a great move and to be quite frank, I'm slightly confused as to what this is about at all. I can see you're obviously going through a tough time though, so best of luck to you in resolving that.

Elvira we are human and all of us make mistakes. Unfortunately, most consequences from these bad decisions are unavoidable. What is done - is done. Learn from it and move on.
