Hello,

So I'm wondering why, when you launch a jail, it will sometimes give you the option to sort from highest number of guards to smallest and vice versa, but other times that option is not there? I'm only talking about when you're the one to launch the jail, not sorting when someone else has launched. It seems to happen in some cities but not others (for example, I launched in LV and it was sorted, launched in Chicago the same day and it would not sort.)

If you pay the full credit you get high to low. 

If you contribute to it with .75 credits or less, its mixed up :)

Or rather when contribute 1.00 to the lock-down it gives you high/low, but when you only contribute a percentage it may give you h/l or it may mix it up -its completely random.
